The real estate market is fiercely competitive. Marketing materials have less than 30 seconds to capture the consumer’s attention. Boca Bay is a newly developed community on the coast of North Carolina. It was important to capture the texture and rich history of the area while providing specific details on the community.
Challenge
The challenge was marrying creative elements with the realities of print production, on a deadline. Real estate projects are often driven by grand opening dates. The customer has invested in targeting and inviting prospective clients to the community. Promotional materials have to be delivered on-time, with the accurate message and a high-quality appeal. The project included printing on Suede stock, business cards with grommets attached with string, side sewing and assembly. We are pleased to let you know that the materials were waiting on the guests when they arrived.
