The Reptile Handbook Slipcase and Booklets
Villa is a company that makes all kinds of pet supplies for the reptile inclined pet owner. Classic Graphics printed a handbook that guides the discriminating pet owner through all necessary amenities for their cuddly reptiles. From cages, health products and food to toys and games, Villa can make your pet the envy of his peers. The piece was mailed to a targeted audience and produced an excellent response.
Challenge
The focus of this piece was the cover. Made to resemble the scales of an iguana, the texture of the cover was made by designing the scales in a realistic pattern. Classic Graphics production team gave the darker colors the most weight producing a true scale effect. The designated darker color areas of the iguana skin were imprinted turning the lighter colors into “scales.”
